At Drake Support Services, we’re more than just another NDIS Registered Provider – we’re a small, family-run business with a big heart. Founded by sisters Fiona Hough and Lisa Seaman, we combine professional expertise with genuine lived experience to deliver personalised, reliable, and compassionate support.
Our passion comes from our own journey supporting family members with complex needs. We know firsthand how overwhelming navigating the NDIS can be, and we believe no one should have to do it alone. That’s why we walk alongside you every step of the way, ensuring you have the right supports, the right information, and the right people in your corner.

Support Coordination (Level 2 & 3) – helping you understand and make the most of your NDIS plan by connecting you with the right providers and supports to achieve your goals.
Core Supports – helping you with day-to-day tasks so you can feel more independent and in control. From personal care to household assistance, we make daily life less daunting and more manageable. Our team works around your needs and preferences, offering flexibility and care that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

- Building confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
- Strengthening community connections
- Supporting pathways to education, volunteering, or work
Based in the Campbelltown – Macarthur region and serving the greater Sydney area, we pride ourselves on being highly available, responsive, and committed to going the extra mile. Our clients know they can count on us for honesty, integrity, dignity, and professionalism – every time.
With backgrounds in social welfare, aged care, disability, youth justice, and mental health, plus over 13 years’ lived experience in the disability sector, we bring both knowledge and understanding to everything we do.

Fiona Hough
Fiona Hough, Co-Founder of Drake Support Services, is passionate about helping people with disabilities live their best lives. As a mum to her son Charlie, who has complex support needs, Fiona has over 13 years of lived experience and a background in the criminal justice sector. She is dedicated to guiding clients through the NDIS, finding the right supports, and ensuring they feel heard, respected, and supported.
Lisa Seaman
Lisa Seaman, Co-Founder of Drake Support Services, is committed to helping people with disabilities achieve their goals and live with dignity. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science (Social Welfare) and over 10 years’ experience in aged care, disability, complex youth, and mental health, Lisa brings deep understanding and compassion. She works closely with clients to navigate the NDIS, build strong supports, and ensure they feel valued and empowered.
