Capacity Building Supports are designed to help you learn, grow, and develop practical skills that increase your independence and participation in the community. Our team provides hands-on training, encouragement, and step-by-step guidance to help you achieve your personal goals.

• Daily Living Skills Training – learning cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal organisation 
• Community & Social Skills Development – building confidence to travel safely, communicate effectively, and connect with others
